The Masterlink Platform is deployed on AWS infrastructure instantiated in an AWS account. The AWS account is mapped to an AWS region, thereby ensuring the geographic location of the Platform so that the location requirements demanded by clients are guaranteed.
A Subscription grants full use of the Masterlink Platform. Structurally, it includes access to the Factory (a URL), one or more Contexts, and one or more Portals per Context.
The Factory is the environment in which users can create and develop business solutions quickly and efficiently, using a visual and intuitive approach, without the need for advanced programming skills.
A Context defines isolation at the database and document folder level. In other words, within a Subscription, Contexts can be added arbitrarily as needed.
Typically, the criterion for adding a Context to a Subscription is the need to serve multiple agencies or companies under the same contractual umbrella, benefiting from the scale effect of licensing with corresponding price optimization (e.g., instead of 2 subscriptions with 1 context each, it may be beneficial to have one subscription with 2 contexts).
These are websites that operate within a specific domain and are created as web solutions within the Masterlink Platform. In each portal, the Platform allows you to manage content (including via the addition of microsites) as well as publish configured applications or analytics elements.
