Masterlink technology was used to implement the comprehensive entity and application management system under the “Public Health Initiatives” programme agreement, signed between the European Economic Area (EEA) Grants and the Central Administration of the Health System (ACSS).

Known as “Public Health Initiatives,” the programme is prepared and managed by the Ministry of Health and will run until 2016, with a financial contribution of 10 million euros from the European Economic Area Grants (EEA Grants), a financial mechanism of the European Economic Area covering the 2009–2014 period, funded by donor countries Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

The programme also includes national co-financing of 1.7 million euros, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health.

The process management solution based on Masterlink technology will enable the Central Administration of the Health System (ACSS), as the system operator, to manage and evaluate all applications, as well as support project monitoring throughout their duration.
