On February 2, the presentation session for the iFAMA platform took place – the Single Platform for Inspection and Supervision of Agriculture, Sea, and Environment – Single Portal for Complaints and Reports, Accidents, and Incidents.

The session was attended by the Minister of Environment and Climate Action, João Pedro Matos Fernandes, at the presentation of the platform, along with the participation of various Public Administration bodies and services linked to the project. This session aimed to highlight the importance of digitalization and process automation in achieving greater efficiency in public service delivery, based on a platform with technology that allows for constant updates in a simple and fast manner.

The solution, based on Masterlink technology, was created to bring citizens and the respective entities closer together, so that citizens can submit complaints and reports of environmental, agricultural, or marine irregularities through a single portal and, in turn, the respective entities can follow up immediately, optimizing management and resolution times.

Masterlink is honored to be part of this project and appreciates the opportunity to bring its technology to the continuous transformation and digitalization of organizations, with the aim of making them increasingly efficient and productive through agile, simple, and user-friendly solutions for all stakeholders.
