Masterlink has decided to evolve its strategy by licensing the solution and creating a network of certified partners and distributors. Consequently, Master Web-Evolution technology becomes accessible to any private company within Portuguese-speaking markets.
The platform has already earned the trust of several public sector and e-government bodies, such as the Directorate-General for Health, the General Inspectorate of Finance, and the Directorate-General for the Consumer, among others.
In a statement, the company explains the solution’s development process: “First, we had to verify whether the solution created with public sector needs in mind met the specific requirements of the private sector,” says Daniel Gomes, founder and Managing Partner of Masterlink. In recent months, the platform has been installed in market leaders such as Refrige, Secil, Banco Popular, and GroupM, where it has exceeded expectations. “We have evolved significantly in the public sector—a sector that is not technologically behind the private sector and where the platform successfully manages many thousands of critical processes—so we were not surprised by the platform’s performance in these first companies. We are confident and prepared to open the solution to the entire private sector and look at the business on an international scale.”
