Over time, it has been observed that companies investing in the qualification of their employees achieve better results, are more competitive, and tend to aim for—and more effectively establish—a presence in the international market.
Consequently, accreditations and certifications are becoming increasingly important for companies seeking to stand out and demonstrating a commitment to the quality of their products and services. The mission of DGERT includes supporting the design of policies related to employment, professional training, and the certification of training entities.
The process of certifying training entities and its maintenance has been managed since 2011 through a service platform. Public or private training entities (whether collective or individual) have access to this platform, where they can electronically submit their quality recognition requests. In the genesis of creating this digital service platform, several objectives were set, which have since been widely and provenly achieved:
- DGERT
- Broad and accessible communication of contextual and legal information;
- A service channel for certification requests and support for the entire process in an agile, reliable, and fully auditable manner;
- Transparency and fulfillment of the duty of public information;
- Greater operational efficiency for the organization;
- Training entities;
- A single, user-friendly location for certification processes, with the necessary support information available and updated;
- Always-available service and constant access to the status of ongoing or completed processes;
- More and better public service.
The Masterlink Platform maintains a fundamental and consistent role in the digital transformation process that enabled the implementation of DGERT’s Electronic Certification Platform. Masterlink’s no-code technology is the foundational instrument in the development process of this critical system supporting the business.
